插班生學位申請

（一）申請條件及流程

       1. 申請資格
    • 學位情況：僅接受仍有空缺之年級申請。
    • 學業成績：近兩個學年的中文、英文及數學三科成績均須合格。
    • 操行表現：近兩個學年的操行評級須達 乙等（B級） 或以上。
       2. 筆試安排
    • 筆試通知：遞交申請表格及相關文件後，校方將另行通知筆試日期。
    • 考核科目：所有申請者均須應考中文、英文及數學三科。
    • 筆試費用：港幣 $75元整（請於筆試當天繳交現金，校方不設找續，請自備零錢）。
       3. 面試及取錄
    • 面試資格：筆試表現優異者，將獲邀參加面試。
    • 面試語言：以粵語及英語進行。
    • 結果通知：面試後兩週內將通知獲取錄者。如於兩週內未收到通知即代表未獲取錄，校方不會另行通知，已繳交之筆試費用亦不設退還。

（二）應遞交文件

  • 香港身份證副本
  • 最近兩年成績表副本
  • 課外活動、獎項或服務證明副本

 

（三）遞交方式及校務處辦公時間

（四）個人資料收集聲明

申請人所提供之個人資料，僅限用於處理 2026–2027 年度插班生學位申請。遴選程序結束後，未獲取錄者的所有申請資料將於遞交後三個月內妥善銷毀，不作保留。

Application for Transfer Student Admission

(I) Application Requirements and Selection Process

       1. Eligibility Criteria
  • Vacancies: Applications are only accepted for levels with available vacancies.
  • Academic Performance: Attainment of a passing grade in Chinese Language, English Language, and Mathematics in the most recent two academic years.
  • Conduct: Conduct grade of “B” or above in the most recent two academic years.
       2. Written Examination
  • Notification: Upon receipt of the application form and relevant documents, the school will notify applicants of the examination date.
  • Subjects: All applicants are required to sit for examinations in Chinese Language, English Language, and Mathematics.
  • Examination Fee: HK$75 (payable in cash on the day of the written examination; no change will be provided, please prepare the exact amount).
       3. Interview and Admission
  • Eligibility for Interview: Candidates with outstanding examination results will be invited to attend an interview.
  • Language: The interview will be conducted in Cantonese and English.
  • Notification of Results: Successful applicants will be notified within two weeks after the interview. Applicants who do not receive a notification within two weeks shall be considered unsuccessful; no individual notifications will be issued, and the examination fee paid is non-refundable.

(IV) Personal Data Collection Statement

All personal data provided will be used exclusively for processing applications for 2026–2027 transfer student admission. Upon completion of the selection process, all application materials of unsuccessful candidates will be properly destroyed within three months of submission and will not be retained.
