Extracurricular Activities

At our school, we value the holistic development of students. To this end, we organize a range of extracurricular activities aimed at promoting balanced growth in six key areas: spiritual, moral, intellectual, physical, social, and aesthetic education.

We also strive to enhance students' sense of belonging and unity through various activities and organizations, such as sports and service teams. Acknowledging the hard work and achievements of students who excel in extracurricular activities, we publish a booklet titled 「基道群英」that celebrates their accomplishments.
Our students participate in inter-school sports competitions, but we also organize in-house events like swimming and track and field meets, inter-house competitions, and inter-class contests. For students who earn awards outside of school, we hold ceremonies and present commendation certificates to recognize their triumphs.
We encourage student participation in service teams such as student leaders, scouts, and the Red Cross, fostering active service to the school and the wider community.

Our efforts to cultivate an academic and artistic atmosphere within the school are ceaseless. We motivate students to partake in various speech competitions (in Cantonese and Mandarin), inter-school recitation competitions (in English), and the Hong Kong Schools Music Festival. After diligent practice, students have the opportunity to participate not only in public competitions but also perform within the school, allowing the entire school community to share in their achievements.
To enhance student engagement in school life, we annually publish a student newspaper that highlights and details campus life, enabling students to cherish and recall memories of their enriching school life.
